COS, the fashion brand renowned for its clean aesthetic and timeless classics, is to open three new stores this autumn / winter; on the iconic King’s Road, Canary Wharf and in the Bentall Centre, Kingston upon Thames.
The opening on King’s Road, in the Duke of York Square, will mark COS’ 8th store within London. The store will open alongside both designer and contemporary brands, stocking both womenswear and childrenswear across 322m2.
The Canary Wharf opening, later in the winter, will be located within the recently extended Jubilee Place shopping centre. Also in the winter, the brand will extend its offerings to the south-west London, with an opening in the Bentall Centre, a key shopping destination in Kingston upon Thames. Both stores will offer a curated selection of menswear and womenswear.
All three stores will open their doors with the autumn / winter 2013 collection. A collection inspired in both cut and cloth, by the dramatic scale of nature. The minimalist construction of tailoring is at the forefront, as are textured fabrics, while the mineral greys of mountains and muted shades of the beach in winter - pale sand, sea green - are matched with the black and midnight blue of night-time.
Marie Honda, COS Overall Brand Responsible says; “With London being the home of our first ever COS store and the Head Office, it’s great news that we will soon have 10 stores in the city. We have been pleased by the reaction of our customers so far in London and hope this will continue. ”
