Milena Kovanovic

talented young jewellery designer Milena Kovanovic, who set up her eponymous label soon after graduating from Central Saint Martin’s. Her highly acclaimed pieces have attracted numerous commissions and press attention, epitomising style, originality and opulence.

Influenced by the visual references of art, photography and the natural world, Milena’s designs are constantly developing in fresh and new directions. Natural forms and textures play an important part in her handcrafted pieces, which often explore form, tactility and colour.

A self confessed hoarder of all things quirky who took an early interest in science and antiquity, Milena turned her lifelong passion for gemstones into a career by qualifying as a gemmologist. She uses her expertise in stones to further enhance her designs into original and wearable jewellery.

Milena Kovanovic’s current jewellery ranges include the limited edition Krystalline and Ursula’s Hoard collections, created in silver, vermeil and set with gemstones.

Krystalline Collection takes inspiration from the growth and formation of gemstone crystals. Faceted and rough coloured stones emerge from the molten-like surface of earrings, rings and necklaces, glistening against the brightness of the metal.

Ursula’s Hoard Collection is inspired by jewellery lost to the depths of the ocean - from a pirate’s ransom to a conquistador’s spoils, they lay forgotten in the skeletons of once mighty galleons. Precious gems encrusted in coral reefs are now the enviable collection of our sea nymph Ursula. From ultramarine Lapis Lazuli and orange Carnelian rings to Baroque pearl earrings nestled in textured gold. Discover the glistening jewels of Ursula's hoard and uncover this mermaid's treasure trove of riches, named from the sunken ships they hail from.

The Luxe Reef collection features one of a kind, high end pieces crafted in 18ct gold and precious stones. These unique jewels are bespoke and available through commission only.
Milena Kovanovic jewels are works of art and craftsmanship in their own right. Not just jewellery, but an expression of who we are.
