CHRISTIAN LOUBOUTIN - 'Vitamin LouBi' Windows - The Anitdote to January

The eye-catching new window display for Spring 2013 playfully suggests fresh new shoe and bag designs as the ultimate antidote to the after effects of a season of excess. Entitled Vitamin LouBi, the visitor to the store is advised for best results to take the remedy daily, and always in pairs.

Dominating the display is a bespoke, oversized pharmaceutical box whose graphics are comprised of cut vinyl accented lettering and a mirrored acyclic which combine to give depth and vitality to the display. An internal blister pack is recreated on a giant scale and peeps out from inside the Vitamin LouBi packaging with new season shoes enclosed - tiny doses of the designer’s inimitable creations prepared to sooth away January blues.

Where secondary windows provided a smaller stage, specially fabricated oversized pills are used as modular displays for bags and smaller accessories. Each pill has been branded with Christian Louboutin motifs celebrating the brand and creating a fitting pedestal for product.

A simple block palette of clinical white and pastel tones act as a neutral backdrop for the vibrant Spring Summer 2013 collection, allowing its key designs to shine within the setting.
The first Christian Louboutin boutique, located on Jean-Jacques Rousseau in Paris, will feature the bespoke display as well as the London flagship on Mayfair’s Mount Street and the recently renovated Parisian Rue de Faubourg boutique.
