LUNCH AT SEARCYS ST PANCRAS LONDON

I’ve not been for a visit here for a good few years so it was great going to check out and reacquaint myself with Searcys st Pancras which is located on the first floor just past the meeting point statue.
.
Where do I start with a button to press for champagne, views of Eurostar trains departing and arriving, amazingly friendly staff and heated seats we were off to a very good start. .
.
Moving on to then menu which had something for everyone and spoke volumes about searcys and what they represent….. caviar, oysters . Crab mini burgers the list went on and on but it’s a very compact menu …. My lunch mate and myself opted for the dressed crab, mussels, and mini burgers, fries and of course champagne…. One word describe what we were served “faultless” and another “delicious” I could go on but I did say one word but it truly was a great experience definitely a great place for a luncheon, tete a tete, evening drinks and what I will be doing when going to paris by Eurostar as I often do it would be a great place to start off a trip/holiday etc .
.
Definitely gets a thumbs up from me and worth checking out I know I’ll definitely will be visiting more often… I can’t stress enough the service, the staff and the food were flawless … it was a moment

MUST SEE - House 99 by David Beckham.... MY THOUGHTS AND LAUNCH PARTY ....

Last night I my presence was requested to attend the launch of House 99 by David Beckham at Harvey Nichols ..... This was originally a Instagram post but every time I posted it they would take it down or people would report it .... OK the first time I can understand normally I state I do not own the rights to the song etc but the second and third time I did them as no sound posts but still they were taken down and I get emails to say my post is copyright infringement the first time and the other times my posy was reported! I was not the only notable/celebrity there so why don't these people go play with some of the others..... I was gifted this set from the brand maybe that was it they didn't get the same or as good as mine....

OK let's talk about the party and brand ... the man himself attended the night which turned out to be an epic event with amazing savoury and desert canopes which was washed down with drinks courtesy of Haig Club which OK is Mr Beckham's other brand ....

The gift itself as seen in the video included products from the brand which included beard balm, eye balm, hair balm, eye balm and a free haircut all of which I cannot wait to try out and discover....

At present House 99 is exclusive to Harvey Nichols (London) in store and online and if you can I do recommend you going in store to check it out and see the purpose built man cave with a relaxed atmosphere which boasts the biggest fuse ball table I've ever seen (which I did post on Instagram but got taken down)

At present for the product which I have started to use (so do check back for more info) and the overall experience I give it 5 STARS!!!!if that changes I will let you know but I doubt it as this is brand Beckham and Harvey Nichols we are talking about so it's the creme de la creme!!!

OLIVER SPENCER - SS 18 #LFWM

London, a beautifully proud, tough and loving place, has provided the inspiration for Oliver Spencer’s SS18 Collection. An homage to this great city we live in, it reflects the diversity and versatility of its inhabitants and the ever changing nature of this vibrant metropolis.

The colour palette of warm pink, cool blue, deep umber and ecru are accentuated by stripes and checks that run through the whole collection. Fabrics are textured and intricate with an artisan feel whilst artist prints play a part for the first time.

Lightweight oversized parka coats feature with a versatile ergonomic design, transforming from coat to rucksack for when the sun is shining.

MEETING RITA ORA .....

MEETING RITA ORA

Just thought I would share these pictures with you.... now as most of you know I can go to different party  every night but now I pace myself so it's rare I bump into people but recently I bumped into Rita we've been at the same party many a times but I have never met her but now I have

We had such a great time talking mutual friends etc but as usual I won't disclose anything

I know what it's like to talk to people and what you say is taken out of context sometimes you exchange numbers and the next thing you know your being blackmailed because people say they have a story they can sell about you

Ok that's enough rambling and yes I touched the subject as I am going through that sort of thing right now.....

They are stupid who's going to buy a story about me apparently a couple of publications that ignore me in the uk but can sell it in Europe where I do a couple of TV shows

Worried? Not in the slightest

Today I went along to the press preview for the Thomas Pink Aw 16 collection and what a showcase it was ... getting up close and personal with the collection thinking what pieces will be the winners and also in the eyes of a stylist what pieces I can put on celebrities .... well tailored and stylish what you would expect but in a lot of aspects moving with the times and becoming fashion forward .... Thomas Pink are now producing pieces that go across the board and have no demographic and best of all pieces that fit into all fashion genres .....

winning piece so far for me has to be the printed silk evening shirts .... this a hero piece, timeless and very adaptable ....

WATCH IT NOW - Topman Design AW16 at London Collections Men

THE LOOKS - BARBOUR AW 16 #LONDON COLLECTIONS MEN

Just the looks i'm afraid ....

MARKUS LUPFER AW16 MENSWEAR COLLECTION

Mid-century motorcycle culture establishes the setting for Markus Lupfer menswear A/W 16. The collection gives a nod to the ton boys of the 59 Motorcycle Club founded in Hackney, not far from Markus Lupfer’s Shoreditch studio. This is reflected in the season’s main print, a hand-drawn illustration of the London map featured on sweatshirts, knitwear and outerwear.

An oversize tonal cable pattern shows a contemporary take on classic menswear, with homage to the cultural icon James Dean and his effortless approach to dressing off-screen. The juxtaposition of leather and textured knots captures the mood of the collection, with bear and rabbits motifs adding the iconic Markus Lupfer touch. Echoing the misty landscapes of England, colours revolve around khaki greens, navy blues, and grey slate with sharp highlights of burnt orange. Suiting is casual with skinny cuts repeated throughout the collection, completed with printed silk scarves and leather shoes and trainers.

1960s biker shapes, particularly the casual driving jacket, café racer and classic mac provides inspiration for durable outerwear and sets the tone for a sophisticated and casually luxurious collection.
