Mutt Motorcycles would like to introduce you to its newest 125cc masterpiece to be born in Brum, the stylish RS-13 // 125. It takes in the classic Mutt stylistic approach; a retro aesthetic touch twinned with a riding experience like no other 125cc on the market. The 125cc air-cooled single cylinder engine is the ultimate companion to weave you through the busy urban jungle all the way to the highest peaks with precision and style.
Chief mechanic Benny Thomas waxes lyrical on his newest creation: ‘’Mutt is about the classic bare bones, no frills ride. The RS-13 is indeed just the bones. We took our tried and tested rolling chassis and added some super wide Continental tyres, cut the rear of the frame nice and short with a stumpy little rear mudguard and put a hand made diamond stitched seat to park your ass on. A hand finished short fat mudguard was put up front and a set of street smart Renthal bars bolted on. We wanted the bike to have a real garage built vibe about it so we took a tank, stripped it back to bare metal and painted that wide black stripe on. Each tank is hand done, the scotch brite finish is different on each bike and that's what I really dig about this little thumper, there are no two RS-13's the same.”
With an affordable cost of £3,495 (+OTR) the RS-13 is truly customisable and original with each one having its own individually hand-finished petrol tank. The tank is brushed and clear-coated to prevent rusting, before a stark black stripe is applied with an overlay of the Mutt logo, making each one as individual and trail blazing as it’s rider. This is the latest in a line of powerful engines from a brand who have built up a cult following thanks to their attitude, level of customisation and affordable quality of their products.
