Quiksilver Introduces AG47 New Wave Bonded Boardshort
Quiksilver continues to push the boundaries of swimwear with the launch of its new AG47 New Wave Bonded boardshort. The AG47 boardshort combines progressive technology and sleek design for a product that will set new standards for function and style in water sports. Revolutionizing boardshorts since their inception in 1969, Quiksilver’s AG47 is the latest in the company’s ongoing effort to provide best-in-class products to consumers around the world.
The New Wave Bonded boardshort utilizes proprietary Quiksilver Dry Flight technology and features four-way stretch with Scotchgard Protector Repellent, which forces water to bead up and roll off the quick-drying fabric. This dynamic technology extends to the laser-cut, heat-welded panels that offer maximum strength and lightness, while minimal stitching results in more comfort and no chafing on the board or in the sand. Practical features extend to a cinch tie closure with cinch tie drawcord, keeping the shorts where they should be in rough surf, as well as a rayon dobby waistband and a zippered back pocket to hold onto essentials.
“I’ve been with Quiksilver since I was nine years old and worn a lot of boardshorts,” said Quiksilver pro surfer Jeremy Flores. “This is definitely the best technology I’ve ever tried.”
