DOLCE&GABBANA AW 15 MENSWEAR #MILAN

An absolutely amazing show by DOLCE&GABBANA on the first day of Milan fashion week .... The collection takes you back to a medieval time and features some great prints and amazing tailoring .. The first look was an oversized sweat with fur cuff and wet mylips for what was to come .. Sweaters with embellishments also gloves and slippers to die for ...loving the crown worn by some models and tailoring worn by the likes of Oliver Cheshire and Tony ward ... I was wondering where the Italian duo would take us with this collection as we have been floating around Sicily for a couple of seasons but whilst still there they just keep on unearthing more history and using this to churn out such great collections ...

This collection with its cuts and prints takes me back to when the duo first started although different seasons from back in 2000 we get back out fitted suiting and pants to add that sexy!!

Verdict BRAVO!!!

Normans (from Northmen or Norsemen) were a Scandinavian group of people, settled in Denmark, Norway and Sweden. The history of Norman's Sicily began with their conquering of the island which took place in 1061 through a landing in Messina. The Dolce&Gabbana Men's Winter 2015 collection takes inspiration from the Norman Kings Ruggero I, Ruggero II, William I, William II, Tancredi, Henry VI, Federico II and Manfredi as well as from the architecture of Norman Sicily as seen in Palermo in the Norman Building, the Cathedral and the Church of the Martorana.
