Luxury heritage menswear brand Kent & Curwen celebrated the launch of their Savile Row flagship store with an exclusive cocktail and canapé reception at the No 2 Savile Row address.
Joining the celebrations were a number of VIP guests including; Tommy Hilfiger, Jodie Kidd, Twiggy, Simon Spurr, Nick Compton, Princess Michael of Kent and Peter Phillips to name but a few.
The 1,600 square foot retail space was designed by the late David Collins and his Studio, forming part of his legacy work. The store celebrates the heritage of the brand which was born in the world of sport, but translates this in a current and fresh way creating the ultimate men’s shopping destination.
Fashion face and ex-model Jade Parfitt was the DJ, providing the music for the evening. Cocktails included traditional classics of the ‘Bramble’ and ‘king’s Punch’ which were complimented with canapés such as Ragstone goats cheese with regents park truffle honey and Herdwick lamb shank tartlet with roast carrot and thyme, in keeping with the brands English roots.
A private dinner at Harry’s Bar followed.
