Smythson Unveils new Window Concept

The iconic Nile Blue box makes its second debut this season as it sets the stage for our ‘Adoring Hands’ window campaign, starring the Grosvenor collection in this celebration of extraordinary craftsmanship and style.
Covered in the same Nile Blue paper that has been Smythson’s trademark for 125 years, the giant box displays a spotlighted bag or assortment of accessories turning slowly at its centre. Held aloft by a pair of hands which are painted Nile Blue, as though fanatically imbued with the brand, the featured piece becomes a tantalising object of desire to the surrounding outstretched hands that avidly reach to grasp it.
Bold and clean in design, the display’s delicate aesthetic and gentle movement lends a powerful contrast to the sense of compulsive desire it evokes, whilst throwing the product into striking relief in all its exquisite detail.



The new installation will be launched across all London stores on the 19th of October and in the New York flagship store on the 26th of October.
