Emilio Pucci Readies its St. Moritz Boutique for the New Ski Season

As the Swiss Alps reopen their slopes for the ski season, Emilio Pucci follows suit with its recently renovated boutique at the Badrutt’s Palace Hotel in Saint Moritz, one of Europe’s oldest and most illustrious ski resorts.

It was in Switzerland that Florentine aristocrat Emilio Pucci’s fashion career had its fortuitous start. An avid skier and athlete, the Marquis designed streamlined ski suits for himself and his jet setting friends. The outfits, revolutionary for that time, were photographed and published in Harper’s Bazaar. One thing led to another and the Pucci brand was born. Sixty-five years later, the Emilio Pucci boutique in St. Moritz evinces the brand’s commitment to its origins.

The St. Moritz boutique sports a starkly modern aesthetic, providing a clean, timeless canvas that allows the ready- to-wear and accessories collections of Creative Director Peter Dundas to shine through.
