James Franco to star in Gucci's new Made To Measure campaign
Gucci has announced that actor James Franco will star in a new advertising campaign dedicated to the House’s new Made To Measure service. Entitled ‘All The World’s A Stage’, the new campaign was shot at Rome’s Cinecittà by French photographer Nathaniel Goldberg and features Franco in a film studio and on a set in a selection of custom Made To Measure suits.
Gucci’s Made To Measure service features a range of 82 textiles which allow for 178 possible combinations of colors and fabrics – wool, cashmere and mohair in classic shades of gray, navy blue and brown, alongside silk satin, velvet and baby llama for evening, with diamante embroidery and jacquards featuring the Gucci’s iconic horsebit in tone-on-tone combinations.
Gucci's new Made to Measure service will be rolled out progressively around the world starting from November and become available in 11 select Gucci boutiques by the end of the year. These include flagship stores in Milan, Rome, Paris, London, New York, Beverly Hills, Tokyo (Ginza & Shinjuku), Hong Kong, Beijing, and Sydney.
