JIGSAW MENSWEAR IN STORE NEXT WEEK!

Iconic British high-street label Jigsaw are excitedly preparing for the re-launch of their menswear line which lands in store from Monday 19th March 2012 with a highly anticipated SS12 Collection. The menswear collection will be brought back under the brand label with its first collection since 1999 and will be available to buy online and across 18 existing Jigsaw stores throughout the UK. A stand alone store is also planned for one of London’s premier menswear shopping districts, Spitalfields.

Jigsaw have taken the decision to re-instate the successful line following the recent resurgence and interest in menswear and the public’s long-standing affection for Jigsaw’s previous menswear collections. The collection is being driven by design director Frances Walker (of previous Nicole Farhi acclaim) who joined Jigsaw in February 2011 to begin working on the brand.
“We are inspired by honest clothing with a dishevelled charm, it’s not about being pristine, it’s about being comfortably well put together. We based the collection around most men’s favourite wardrobe pieces.” Frances Walker, Jigsaw Menswear Design Director.

Targeted at a broad men’s market and inspired by personal style and great quality pieces rather than slavishly following fashion trends, the collection is focussed on simple, modern elegance, quality fabric and great fit (not to mention extremely competitive prices which range from £20 - £275). Predominantly British made, the collection favourites are focused around casual tailoring and summer outerwear including the unstructured linen herringbone overcoat, a double face British Millerain navy pea coat and a Jigsaw check wool cotton blazer.

London: Spitalfields, Bow Lane, Dover Street, Kings Road, Richmond, Westbourne Grove.
