Vestiaire Collective - Cult French Site Launches in the UK

Cult Parisian online fashion community, Vestiaire Collective, brings its exclusive ecommerce site to the UK...

Launched in France in 2009 under the name
Vestiaire De Copines, after significant investment the peer
to peer online retailer prepares to role out the unique
shopping and social experience globally with the simplified
name, Vestiaire Collective, for international appeal.

The Vestiaire Collective concept was imagined in 2008 with
the intention of providing a trusted platform for which
users can buy and sell previously owned fashion and now
has an ever-growing community of over 700,000 users.
Vestiaire Collective provides individuals with a monitored
space to discuss, buy or sell an exquisite and edited
selection of designer fashion, an attractive new way to
finance future purchases.

The site distinctively differs from other consumer-toconsumer
platforms through the combination of a unique
intermediation service (curation and quality control),
an active community of fashion lovers and a selection of
the latest in fashion. Vestiaire Collective takes pride in the
curation of pieces for sale on their site; items must be
in perfect condition, regarded as on trend, in season, and
deemed desirable. They also have a strong emphasis on
quality control and a zero tolerance regarding counterfeit
goods. All products sold through Vestiaire Collective are
edited, manually checked, authenticated and guaranteed to
arrive as described: genuine, clean, beautifully packaged and
ready to enjoy!

Secure, easy to navigate and effortless to use, Vestiaire
Collective is the perfect place to sell beautiful pieces that
may otherwise lay idle; or find and purchase fashion gems
to treasure.

Running parallel to this proposition is the capsule
collections. The sale of exclusive pieces from up and
coming designers and collaborations from exciting new
talents sold only on Vestiaire Collective.

JANUARY FANTASY MONTH: ATELIER VERSACE

Atelier Versace is the Rolls Royce of the Versace collections - its basically the couture line, which has alot of work done on each piece with lots of man hours going to them... check out the collection... You may recognise the first piece which Kelly Rowland wore for the first week of X Factor (UK)....

These pieces are definitely pieces to think about when you win the lottery and that's why they are part of January Fantasy month.... Roll on February when we can start spending again..... but as you can see from the workmanship which is done all by hand it warrants the money!!
