So Sunday night at the Omega House Olympics Closing ceremony I finally met the new Superman Henry Cavill...
As the Official timekeeper of the London 2012 Olympics, Omega threw the parties of all parties to celebrate. Now I've spotted Henry at the house over the time Omega House was open but I'm going to be totally honest didn't know who he was until I was ales to get some pictures for the Henry Cavill fan club and let him know that they had sent him a little something.
So here we are I gave the fan club the exclusive now I will share it with you. BTW what a nice man we hung out for a while as he is a friend of a friend and spoke of many interesting subjects .

OMEGA brand ambassador Abhishek Bachchan mingled with guests while Indian-influenced music played. Staff donned traditional Indian garlands and guests received bindis upon entering the Swiss watchmaker's pop-up club. Jessica Ennis, the face of the London 2012 Olympic Games, Jenn Suhr, pole vault gold medallist, and Tyson Gay, American record holder, visited the Swiss watchmakers pop-up club for a series of Q&A sessions before enjoying the fresh air in the Secret Garden in the evening. At the OMEGA House, a pop-up club set up in the House of St Barnabas, the brand has crafted each room in a way that captures the design and essence of some of the brand's most distinguished timepieces. This time-lapse video shows exactly how the room was transformed into the Seamaster Lounge, complete with nine television screens that feature a water flow and giving the illusion that the wall is made of water. The blue walls and blue furniture fill the lounge with a truly aquatic atmosphere and complement the highlight of the room: an aquarium filled with fish and four OMEGA Seamaster diving watches. The OMEGA House is the brand's social activity hub throughout the Olympic Games and is located in London's Soho district.
Last night Rio De Janeiro came to London's Omega House in Soho I was there soaking up the atmosphere which was truly truly truly tropical!!!
Once again in the presence of Olympics athletes such as Louis Smith to name a few the party rocked into the early hours of the morning. It was great to catch up with folks such as Ben Hudson aka Mr Hudson who I've not seen in ages and he quoted to me "only in London! This is just amazing"!

Making the most of OMEGA House’s last weekend as London’s most celebrated Olympic pop-up members’ clubs, guests were treated to a night to remember - enjoying Ron Zacapa Caipirinhas and entertainment from Brazilian dancers, percussionists, Capoera performers and music by Favella Chic.
The evening saw a host of British talent mixing together – including British athletes Beth Tweddle, Pete Reed and Peter Wilson, actors Luke Evans and Henry Cavill and rising star and comedian Jack Whitehall.

TIME FOR CARNIVAL
Brazil came to Omega House last night, in the shape of extravagantly attired dancers, tumbling capoeira performers, fine South American steak and delicious cachaca cocktails, as guests toasted the prospect of the Rio 2016 Games.
Olympic champions Amy Williams and Peter Reed mingled with rugby players Serge Betsen and Ugo Monye, while Welsh theatre and film actor Luke Evans rubbed shoulders with the new Superman, Henry Cavill, Game Of Thrones’ Kit Harington and Natalie Dormer, and the award-winning star of Entourage, Jeremy Piven. The festive atmosphere ensured everyone was in the party mood. ‘To think, a year ago, we had riots,’ said England Rugby Union international Ugo Monye over a drink in the Secret Garden, ‘and now we’ve got this. It’s incredible how far we’ve come.’
Serge Betsen, meanwhile, was partying with friends in the Ladymatic Lounge. He said he was looking forward to Rugby Sevens being among the Olympic sports that will be played in Rio in 2016.
He added that he was enjoying his time in Britain. ‘I’m living the dream,’ said the French national, who was supporting Team France at London 2012.
Over in the Constellation Club Room, Luke Evans, soon to star in The Lord Of The Rings prequel The Hobbit, praised the Olympics not only for clearing London of traffic – ‘I can drive everywhere at the moment!’ – but also for introducing a generation to positive new role models.
‘I was at the athletics on Tuesday night,’ Evans said, ‘and I spoke to a mother of three who was so happy her kids have now got real legends to look up to instead of reality TV stars. I think that’s fantastic.’ And we’ve still two days of events left to enjoy.
I love the Olympics. I watch everything. It’s so dramatic and inspiring. I don’t just say it, I live it. I’ve been over here with Omega and it’s just so amazing – I went to watch the beach volleyball and some of the gymnastics. It kills me that I wasn’t able to stay to watch the swimming because it’s my favourite event. I’ve grown up watching swimming – in Australia that’s our big sport. The swimming is such a huge part of our culture. I remember our relay boys – ‘The Mean Machine’ – and when those guys won gold in 1980 they were heroes.
My favourite Olympic moment is Cathy Freeman winning the 400m gold in Sydney 2000. It’s got to be a woman. It’s got to be winning the gold. And when track is at its best it’s just unbeatable. I was watching it in Spain when I was making The Others. It was an amazing feat for her.
My favourite Olympians are Phelps and Lochte. I love watching the battle between them – they’re both amazing. It’s superhuman, like watching fish. The battle is extraordinary.

Im definitely off to Omega house tonight to watch that race and enjoy a taste of Brazil as thats the theme and hopefully some of the Brazillian athletes make an appearence... if they do you know where to see the pitcures first......
OMEGA brand ambassadors take time off track to visit OMEGA House
Olympic stars and OMEGA brand ambassadors heptathlete Jessica Ennis, pole vaulter Jenn Suhr and sprinter Tyson Gay spent time at the OMEGA House on Wednesday to answer questions on their Olympic experience and what awaits them down the track.
Jessica Ennis, the 26-year-old British sports star, is the face of Team GB during the London 2012 Olympic Games. She dazzled the world last week when she took home gold in the heptathlon competition, winning with a score that not only set her personal best, but a national record as well. She was recognized as one of the dominant athletes of her generation after winning the World and European Championships in the heptathlon as well as a World Indoor Championship in pentathlon.
Jessica Ennis said she was nervous for her competition, but felt prepared at the same time: “I was very much aware that I had to go out there and do it and deliver. There are so many things that can go wrong during the heptathlon so I just wanted to stay really focused. Obviously I believed in myself but I didn’t want to take anything for granted and get carried away”.
As the person standing on top of the podium, brand ambassador Jessica Ennis is very aware of the importance the timekeeping system has in Olympic events. “Those fractions of time make such a huge difference. And it’s great to have OMEGA that has supported us for so long, especially here in London”, she said. “To be an OMEGA ambassador is really special”.
American pole vaulter Jenn Suhr has again established herself as the world’s top-ranked women’s in her sport. On Monday night, the OMEGA brand ambassador claimed gold when she cleared 4.75m in the women’s Pole Vault competition; she is also recognized as the U.S. women’s pole vault record-holder.
Jenn Suhr has been appreciating her victory and taking the time to absorb the experience: “I want to keep the moment as long as I can,” she said. “It’s been fabulous; the whole experience has been amazing. The crowd has lifted me up through the whole thing.”
Tyson Gay, American 100m sprinter, embodies the determined charismatic characteristics that OMEGA treasures in its ambassadors. He is a prime example of what the human body can accomplish when pushed to the limits. In the time leading up to the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, the world’s sporting media and track and field fans were focused on Tyson’s every move – his wind-aided 9.68 second performance in the 100-metre trials was the fastest time ever recorded for the distance.
“My experience has had some ups and downs. Right now, I’m looking back on the upside”, said OMEGA ambassador Tyson Gay. “Not medaling was a downer for me, but I’m looking forward to the 4x100m Relay”.

Last night at Omega House all eyes were on stunning Jessica Ennis the ultimate poster girl for British sport.... she looked so relaxed sipping on a glass of champagne which was well deserved, its now full steamahead for her with her wedding which she put on hold for the Olympics.... The atmosphere at Omega House was relaxed as always and the evening brought in some big names. I hung out with R&B singer Lemar for a while what a nice man! that was my first time meeting him and I only have praise for him.... Gethin Jones, Gethin Jones where for art thou Gethin Jones.... the bulk of my evening was in the of company of Gethin Jones we talked TV, we talked workouts, breakfast TV and of course the lottery... if you want me to spill beans on that other subject Im saying nothing because I asked nothing.... It was great bumping into model and all round girl about town Tolula Adeyemi, who was setting the dancefloor on fire .....Tyson Gay US 100m athlete is truly a sportmans as hewas in the mix of the party but could not keep his eyes off the screen great to see a sportsman in love with his sport 24 7....
