PUMA launched the new official playing home kit of the Italian National Football team

PUMA LAUNCHES NEW ITALIAN HOME FOOTBALL KIT
Azzurri To Debut Kit During Italy v Uruguay Game In Rome Tomorrow Night

Rome, Italy (14 November, 2011) – PUMA today launched the new official playing home kit of the Italian National Football team. Stefano Caroti, Chief Commercial Officer of PUMA SE presented the shirt to the Azzurri captain Gianluigi Buffon and FIGC Marketing Manager Benedetta Geronzi, at the Centro Sportivo La Borghesiana in Rome. The Italian National Team will wear the new home kit for the first time against Uruguay tomorrow in Rome, a game that will mark the 150th anniversary of the Unification of Italy, and in the lead up to and during The 2012 UEFA European Football Championship in Poland and Ukraine.
The new Italian Football home kit takes its inspiration from one of the world’s most powerful teams, and is designed for the most powerful of performances.

ANTEPRIMA OPENS A NEW BOUTIQUE IN THE HEART OF ROME

ANTEPRIMA celebrated yesterday the opening of its first single-brand store in Rome, at 147 via del Babuino, in the heart of the city. This keenly awaited event is an important milestone for the Italo-Japanese brand.
The brand’s Creative Director, the Japanese designer Izumi Ogino, attended the event, an exclusive cocktails and dj set event, together with numerous local celebrities and some of the most important Italian actresses of the moment.
Anteprima’s Rome boutique is its third single-brand in Italy after its two stores in Milan, in Corso Como 9, one focusing on clothing and the other on Wirebag accessories. Like these Milan stores, the Rome boutique will show the sophisticatedly minimal taste that defines the brand, both in the choice of materials (steel, natural resins and ceramics) and its neutral colours, mainly white.
The boutique’s interiors were designed by the architect Yuko Nagayama to provide an ideal setting for the brand’s prêt-à-porter collection and accessories, both bags and shoes.

Lancia is the main sponsor of the 6th Rome International Film Festival

For the second year running, Lancia will be the main sponsor of the 6th Rome International Film Festival from the 27th of October to the 4th of November.
Lancia will also be providing the festival’s organizers with a fleet of 65 vehicles, including several Lancia Thema, the new global flagship combinig the best of two industrial cultures: the size, personality and performance of the American cars with the elegance, comfort and luxury of Lancia cars. The prestigious fleet will carry the top names and stars of the cinema to and from Rome and on their visits to the red carpet.
After the success of previous editions, the Lancia Café is returning to Rome this year too. The Café is the famous meeting place on the terrace the Auditorium Parco della Musica. This exclusive but welcoming environment offers the festival’s protagonists a chance to meet up in a refined but relaxing atmosphere. The Lancia Café also provides the ideal location for the media to get together with new talents, producers, directors and actors for one-to-one interviews. The Lancia Café will be hosting events and meetings organised by Lancia as well as by production houses, leading magazines and cinema institutions for the duration of the festival.

The gardens of the Villa Aurelia, built by Cardinal Farnese in the heart of Rome, were chosen by Cartier as the perfect place to unveil its new High Jewellery collection, Sortilège de Cartier.
The collection has been conceived both as a tribute to femininity and a journey in jewellery deep into the world of perfume, allowing Cartier to explore new creative horizons.
All the fragrance families - florals, eaux fraîches, fougères, citrus, heady scents and white flowers - find an echo in this jewellery and are incarnated in more than sixty sumptuous creations brought to life by the enchanting magic of the stones.
The unique villa with its 17th-century architecture and wonderful gardens made a worthy setting for a truly rare experience as this collection wafted its evocative magic on the air.
Guests wound their way through a maze of plants to reach the Orangery where a spectacular selection of high jewellery pieces was on display, honouring the talents and expertise of Cartier's artistic crafts.
They were then invited to take their places at dinner in a secret garden: an enchanting, daring occasion directed by Emanuele Scarello, the celebrated head chef of the "Agli Amici" restaurant near Udine. It was an opportunity for this great cook to offer the best of a traditional cuisine of regional specialties enhanced by his unusual approach to flavours and aromas.
The dinner was enlivened by the presentation of eight tableaux vivants depicting Ancient Rome and the olfactory themes of the Sortilège de Cartier Collection. These eight unique moments blended magic and reality with the appearance of the actresses Monica Bellucci and Fan Bingbing; the famous singer Lucio Dalla performing well known operatic arias; Nina Zilli, a young Italian singer; and Charlie Siem, the virtuoso violinist from England.
The magic continued well into the night, enriched by one of the most beautiful views of Rome from the terrace of the Villa Aurelia.
Bernard Fornas, President and CEO of Cartier International and Monica Bellucci, Cartier Ambassador, welcomed the English actor Rupert Everett, the German actress Iris Berben, the Italian actress Isabella Ferrari, the actress and model Kasia Smutniak, the actress Monica Guerritore, the actress and model Alessia Piovan, the Italian actors Enrico Montesano and Luca Marinelli.
