Alexander McQueen has announced plans for the opening of a McQ store in London in Spring 2012, along with a debut show at London Fashion Week in February. The new store, which is located in a Georgian townhouse at 14 Dover Street, London W1, has been designed by Pod and will offer womenswear, menswear as well as accessories from the collection.
For the first time since the brand’s launch, McQ is going to present the AW12/13 collection with a catwalk show at London Fashion Week in February 2012 as a preview to the store opening. The main line Alexander McQueen collection will continue to show at Paris Fashion Week.
