VODAFONE POWERS THE FRONT ROW AT LONDON FASHION WEEK

This fashion week has seen a host of global celebrities and key fashion influencers take to the newly powered front row at London Fashion Week.

The show space at Somerset House has played host to front row devotee’s including Kanye West, Hilary Alexander, Mollie King, Nicola Roberts, Diana Vickers and Grace Woodward over the week with many taking full advantage of the specially designed front row recharging benches created by London Fashion Week Principal Sponsor, Vodafone.

The charging bench works via a discreet charging drawer built into the front row at the official BFC Catwalk Show Space, Somerset House which is capable of powering all of the latest smartphones and tablets. Up to a 100 mobile devices can be charged at any one time, keeping the great and the good of the Fashion industry connected and in touch at all times throughout London Fashion Week.

60 second interview with Hilary Alexander.....

During London Fashion Week I had the wonderful and great pleasure of meeting la grande Dame Hilary Alexander who in my opinion should be made a Dame for her services to fashion.


So I conducted a 60 second interview with the lady herself ....

CH: Hi Hilary great to meet you What did you think of the show?

HA: The Paul Costelloe show is always great to kick off #LFW

CH: Can I just you about your outfit? Who are you wearing?

HA: My top is from DKNY, skirt from Chan Lau, pearls are from
Chanel and I'm wearing my very comfortable gold converse.


CH: Ok last question! What's the most fun you've ever had in a dress?

HA: Now that's a hard one.... I would say attending the New York Met Ball!

MIU MIU COCKTAIL PARTY/DINNER STORE LAUNCH

Where: Miu Miu store, Bond Street, London
When: December 3rd


One of the hottest tickets of recent events was the Miu Miu Store launch and I was lucky enough to be invited along.  The night certainly lived up to what you would expect from a fashion heavyweight.

The night was in two parts with a private dinner and cocktail party to specially invited guests.  The champagne flowed and beautiful canapes of fois gras, lobster and steak all being served to A-list, Fashions Elite and notable figures of society.

Whilst there I took a time out to look around the store whilst bumping into Jessica Alba, Hilary Alexander, Mark Ronson, just a few guests at this 1920s themed party and whilst doing so I checked out the beautiful clothes that were on display and models.(see pictures below)

All in all the night was a great success and I would like to take this time to thank the Miu Miu at Prada press team for inviting me and putting together a Great night!
