Sophie Miranda, the 23 year old partner in the business, can be found at Old Street station from the early hours of the morning, bringing 'raw food to the forefront of commuters consciousness, as it is living food that can be so beneficial'. Their menu ranges from exotic cleansing juices from the Juiceman, to protein-rich snacks, all brought into London from the countryside at 5am each morning.
Batch is just the latest in a long line of names to have 'popped-up' in Old Street Station thanks to Appear Here who is selectively curating the space at Old Street. Recent additions include Moleskin, French Connection and Jamie Oliver.
