MUST SEE - FASHION MARINE FEST 2014

This summer for me is going to be a busy one ... (Overseas) ... One of the thing I will be getting up to is being involved with Fashion Marine FEST 2014 where I will be giving a lecture and also acting as a judge ... Founded by Anastasiya Soldatova and Anastasia SaphronovaKhentova in 2013, Fashion Marine Fest is an international contestfest of design & fashion for designers, makeup artists, stylists, hair stylists, models and photographers.

Fashion Marine Fest 2014 will take place in Greece. There are numerous categories to take part in, including: 'Best Designer', 'Best Photographer', 'Best Stylist, 'Best Hair Dresser', 'Best Model' (adult and child) and 'Best Makeup Artist'. Industry professionals will also come together to form collaborative projects, such as stylists working with makeup artists and designers to create looks for themed runway shows, including an underwear show in the style of Victoria's Secret.

A significant part of Fashion Marine Fest is education, which is why numerous lectures, workshops and talks will take place across the week. A handful of judges for the event, who will also be giving lectures, include world renowned Londonbased blogger Leroy Dawkins of Diary of a Clotheshorse, awardwinning Irish womenswear designer Natalie B Coleman, and Director at Caption PR, Daniel Dunt. Lecture subjects will include design, building a brand, marketing, PR, branding, brand development and communicating with the press, among many other things.
