Charm School at The Cadogan

Hello, how do you do?  Charmed to meet you.

Brushing up on your Ps and Qs for the holiday season

From November 19, The Charm School will be popping up for four exclusive classes at the Cadogan Hotel in Knightsbridge.

The modern-day charm school will be hosted by Mistress of Manners, Dana Gornitzki, Editor of MIEN Magazine – a website dedicated to etiquette, culture and style – along with a team of social grace specialists.

For this holiday special, etiquette enthusiasts are invited to attend classes in the glorious setting of the Cadogan Hotel where the likes of Oscar Wilde have imbibed and socialised in a most civilised fashion.

The sessions we have designed are dedicated to the fast-approaching holiday season, which is always fraught with situations that require more social savvy,” says Dana Gornitzki. “Our aim is to make etiquette enjoyable. Basic life skills such as carrying a conversation and good posture are more relevant than ever – especially in the modern go-go-go lives we lead. Charm School is a chance to escape the digital world and be in the company of people who care about social graces.”

MIEN Magazine has popped up around town with Charm School to rave reviews from press and public alike, and has been recommended by the likes of The Guardian, Harper’s Bazaar, Time Out, The Lady and the BBC.

Charm School is curated and hosted by MIEN Magazine in collaboration with venue partner Cadogan Hotel.

Please note: The Charm School will be free of mobile telephones, computers and modern-day gadgets, making time for quality, face-to-face conversations and activities.

The Charm School will be welcoming visitors on November 19, 20, 27, and 28th.
