Felicities Designer Showroom in collaboration with ME London Hotel showcases ‘Felicities Presents…#me@MELondon’ - an exhibition of art works by some of London’s hottest, emerging fashion designers, running from 9th – 30th September 2013, to coincide with London Fashion Week SS14.
The exhibition, displayed throughout ME London, will feature 21 of Felicities designers, including unique designs from award winning, ethical designer Ada Zanditon; celebrity favourite, jewellery designer Imogen Belfield; talented illustrator, Vogue Italia animator and designer David Longshaw; menswear brands Ada + Nik, Jenny Schwarz and Orschel Read; jewellery brands Cardinal of London, Gia Belloni, Julia Burness, Linnie Mclarty Milena Kovanovic and Pearly; womenswear brands BasharatyanV, Beautiful Soul, Lyonard, Paola Balzano, phannatiq, Shanti Sundays and Tramp in Disguise; shoe brand Pinucci and accessories designer Little Shilpa.
Each designer has created a piece of artwork, inspired by their SS14 collection or brand aesthetic, using a variety of presentation mediums such as art installations, displays, prints and paintings.
Felicities Presents… is a platform to present the works of some of the best London based, young brands each season and Felicities Managing Director Alison Lowe says, “We are so excited to work with ME London to create one of our biggest showcases yet.”
ME London Hotel General Manager, Fabio Gallo, said “We are delighted to once again have the opportunity to collaborate with such talent and to support emerging artists in one of the most significant and growing industries.”
Visitors to the exhibition will be encouraged to creatively Instragram and Tweet pictures of themselves with the installations and pictures; each designer will then select their favourite picture and will present a goody bag with a piece from the brand’s collection to their winner.
