“A celebration of artistic and intellectual spirit, with a nod and a wink to Alan Bennett and
David Hockney. Easy, relaxed tailoring sits alongside lightweight pieces in linen and slouchy
cashmere, while accessories add bright pops of colour among the painterly tones. Weatherproof
cagoules and sou’westers take the whole collection outdoors and into the British summer.”

As the show kicked off we could see that is was going to be a collection from Burberry we have not seen before ..... colour palettes were vast and consisted of blues, greys, camel, olive, teracotta, pinks, dusty yellow and green to name a few which for me was kind of a welcoming change and shaping the collection into the show of LCM. Accessories included The Duffel Bag, The Duffel Pouch, The Wave Sunglasses and The Britain Bright Limited Edition Watch. Fabrics included Cashmere, Silk, Linen and Cotton and style into Knitwear and shirts as outerwear, unstructed silk cabans, coats and jackets ....
Definitely my standout collection of the day and as mentioned before the LCM calendar! one thing that cannot be denied whether this is your style personal style or not Burberry tailoring and Christopher Bailey's thought process "ROCKS" ........ Burberry and their Brit cool makes a triumphant return ... welcome home!
“London is our home town – it brims with creative energy and we are so proud to have shown our menswear collection here today. I wanted this
collection to celebrate the uniquely spirited and charming British aesthetic.
