SADIE & THE HOTHEADS AND CELEBRITIES SHINE AT THE STAR HU LAUNCH EVENT

Star Hu celebrated the opening of her flagship store with Sadie and the Hotheads playing live and a host of celebrities in attendance; Jasmine Guinness, Bella Freud, Jodie Kidd, Olivia Inge, Camilla Johnson-Hill, Ren Harvieu, Noelle Reno, Erol Sabadosh, Morwenna Lytton Cobbold, Camilla Rutherford, Edith Bowman, Pattie Boyd, The Plastics, Emily Hartridge, Angela Dunn and Pips Taylor.
Beijing born British/Chinese designer Star Yixuan Hu was raised in Tokyo, Wellington and London and is the designer behind the label ‘STAR HU’.
After graduating from Istituto Marangoni in London Star designed her first collection with a vision to create an enduring future elegance. Often inspired by the sleek hourglass silhouette Star Hu creates pieces that encapsulate power, sexiness and femininity. The Star Hu collection is made in Britain.
Passionate about attention to detail, tailoring, architectural silhouettes and high quality fabrics Star combines new with classic in an updated take on elegance. Star Hu has already established a following amongst women such as Bella Freud, Rita Ora and Camila Rutherford.
