MY VIEWS - RIHANNA FOR RIVER ISLAND THE LOOKS -

This is a late post from me because the clothes are actually in-store and selling .... Girls look up to her and wanna be her now they can dress like her ... Rihanna presented her collection for River Island during London Fashion Week and my first reaction was oh no!! Not anther celebrity collection ... But to be truthful you can see her in the collection clothes she would actually wear and she is .... For me that's important ...if you want the public to wear it you must be prepared to wear in yourself. They look good on, very young on trend pieces for the teenager to early 20s fashionista and I mean to early 20s. The pieces are daring in some parts with lots of torso showing and thigh high splits which leads me to my one and only concern... How will the pieces look when they are scaled up to say a size 14? Will those said thigh high splits still fall the same way or gain a life of their own... As for quality I've not seen the pieces close up because without beating around the bush I've just not been invited to.... I have this problem because I'm to a yes logger I'm a truth blogger.

Verdict - I will be #cough going in-store hopefully this week to do quality control and let you know my findings but so far he collection is winning ... She's wearing it! Not like Cheryl Cole and her shoe collection or TULISA and those few horrid bits she was calling a collection for BANK

The bar served Old Fashions and Sours, Duke’s Martinis and Pol Roger champagne

Guests dined on Carpaccio of Angus beef, Spinach-wrapped seared tuna and raspberry sorbet lollipop
