Jaeger design competition launching on Fashion's Night Out

Jaeger has unveiled its plans for Fashion’s Night Out, which takes place on 6 September. A competition to design a T-shirt will run in the Regent Street, Covent Garden and Westfield White City stores, with iPads in store allowing customers to customise their design for a chance to win a Scott Wilson necklace and see the design in production for SS13. Following the launch, the competition will run via Facebook for another month. Furthermore, the Regent Street store will feature music from DJ James Cooper, drinks provided by the Graphic Gin Bar and celeb nail artist Pebbles Aikens creating Hounds tooth nail art inspired by the AW collection.

So I posted my day outfit earlier on but to carry the theme on I changed but only replaced my jeans with trousers and cotton jumper with a shirt to create a new look ..... The main Focus is Simon the alpaca wool Cardigan from Versatile Apparel and this just shows how versatile the clothes are!

Jaeger to launch first free-standing menswear store

British fashion brand Jaeger is set to launch its first-freestanding menswear store on 21 November. Located in London's Canary Wharf, the Jaeger menswear store offers the new season’s collection with a specific emphasis on tailoring, within a contemporary Jaeger London branded shop fit. The new store opening follows the successful launch of the Jaeger London branded womenswear store in Canary Wharf last November.

Today's outfit is very Englishman inspired, very 50s I think with the cravat slight baggy trousers and chunky knitwear which is on trend for Fall..... It's not preppy it's English gentleman...... That's my title and I'm sticking to it! :)

JAEGER LONDON SS12

I'm going to be totally honest! after breaking into the show as I was not invited I took my seat (was not full), the show started! and for me it took a few models for it to warm up..... it was your classic English tailoring which Jaeger are known for in colour palettes of black, yellow, orange and beige... I started to get excited when the stripes came out as they were bright, bold and refreshing.... then when the evening wear was presented I took my camera out... such elegant pieces, although I was not a fan of the hats .... let me know what you think. ... all in all an ok collection if not too safe....

Beatrix never disappoints and AW 11 she shows a very strong collection for both men and women. The winner for me on the men's side are blue suede lace up boots and on the women's that goes to the oil slick inspired stilettos which looks like will be a big trend for the winter .....

At last we meet!!!

So at last I got to meet Jameela Jamil! During London fashion week at one stage we were back to back and she even hosted a Jaeger London event I was invited to ........ We smiled but never spoke. This week I was once invited to an event Jameela was Djing at we met and spoke and I can confirm she is one if the nicest person I have ever met!!! Just thought I would share that with you........
