Madcap milliner and accessory designer, Fred Butler will host an exclusive Easter Bonnet Party in Sanderson’s beautiful courtyard garden on Tuesday 26th March, 6pm – 10pm.

To kick off the long Easter weekend, Fred has carefully selected a panel of leading fashion and style judges who will critique a presentation of hats created exclusively for the event. The panel will feature Vogue’s Style Editor Emma Elwick-Bates, internationally acclaimed fashion blogger Susie Lau, stylists Anna Trevelyan and Margaret Crow.

Notable bonnet entrants will come from Piers Atkinson, Antipodium, Tatty Devine, Margot Bowman, Phoebe Collings-James, Phoebe English, Patternity and Princess Julia. Budding milliners and designers are encouraged to enter the competition, alongside these tastemakers, offering a fabulous opportunity to have your work seen by some of the most influential names in fashion. The winner will be awarded a night’s stay and a Mad Hatters Tea for two at Sanderson and all bonnets will be auctioned on eBay after the event with proceeds going to Kids Company.

The event will include a DJ set from a special surprise guest and a set from Fred Butler herself.

FRED BUTLER COLLABORATIONS WITH TWO INCH PUNCH ON SOUNDTRACK FOR HER LFW PRESENTATION AND FASHION FILM IN THE RED BULL CATWALK STUDIO


Fred Butler brings her inimitable style and unique brand of creativity back to the heart of London Fashion Week for Spring/Summer 2013 in her third On-Schedule live presentation. Working again with Red Bull and the Catwalk Studio Project, Fred Butler and Two Inch Punch debut an original track accompanying the SS13 collection and Fashion Film directed by Elisha Smith-Leverock both made possible through Red Bull’s support. This season

The Red Bull Catwalk Studio enabled Fred Butler to collaborate with Two inch Punch, the alias of London based produced Ben Ash who has made beats for the likes of Lil’ Wayne and has been proving a favorite in Diplo’s mixes, pioneering a new genre called “Lovestep”. The track will be previewing exclusively during the SS13 presentation and be available for complimentary download along with Fred’s Fashion Film at www.redbull.co.uk/catwalkstudio  , brining the catwalk directly to your playlist.

Art Director Fred Butler is a props stylist and accessories designer based in London. She works with art directors, stylists and photographers to create imaginative one-off pieces for fashion stories to enhance the aesthetic of a shoot. Her work is characterised by the inclusion of everyday object to create a kitsch yet elegant aesthetic.
