Luxe sportswear brand, SukiShufu (founded by Caroline White, a qualified Hatha yoga instructor and originally a gymnast representing Australia) is excited to showcase the SS15 Collection. The brand was born out of years of wearing activewear for both teaching and practicing in giving Caroline an understanding of the need for function, quality and practicality. She wanted to bring something new to the sportswear market a product, which is wearable, eye-catching and durable.
SukiShufu is proud to be made with fabrics and materials ethically sourced wherever possible and 100% Made in the UK. The collection includes both apparel and accessories, with several being patented for their innovative design and functionally. Caroline spotted a gap in the market for trend led sportswear, which is not only fit for purpose but also uses materials which are not readily used in this sector. The culture of sportswear is changing, women want to feel attractive and have activewear that can transcend into other elements of their lives, suitable to take them from gym to lunch and work. SukiShufu is a pioneer of innovative sportswear for the modern working woman.
This luxuriously bold collection uses only the highest quality materials to create products that last with vibrant prints and chic bright block colourways. Using the finest Italian Carvico lycra which is pulling and abrasion resistant as well as featuring inbuilt SPF 50 UVF protection technology. Chlorine resistant makes it perfect for swimming and working out alfresco. The luxury jersey is organically grown of naturally sustainable bamboo and mixed with cotton for a lightweight breathable fabric, ideal for keeping cool whilst working out.
Signatures to the collection are the LeatherbackTM Suki Leggings, which wear like a second skin. Crafted from breathable supportive fabrics that firmly hold whilst shaping your silhouette without restricting movement. An added faux leather back-panel finishes the look. The faux leather is sourced in Italy from one of the largest suppliers of faux and real leather for many designers ready-to-wear collections. The faux leather is also two-way stretch and machine washable.
Hero styles for the SS15 collection include luxurious breathable faux leather running shorts in Black and White and also turquoise and digital print and a new light-support bra top with criss-cross design strap feature.
