Calvin Klein hosts intimate dinner to celebrate menswear fall 2012 collection

Calvin Klein hosted a rather intimate dinner to celebrate the menswear AW 12 runway show in Milan.....

The event was held at Il Salumaio di Montenapoleone, and guest of the house, British violinist Charlie Siem, performed two pieces before dinner was served.

Those in attendance wardrobed in Calvin Klein Collection included musician Joe Jonas and Mr. Siem, who also attended the show earlier that day.

Other notables in attendance included editors and stylists and four of the exclusive models from the runway show.
Mr. Zucchelli described the new collection as an urban inspired take on timeless sportswear essentials. Classics were updated with oversized proportions and tactile materials. Reflecting the textures and colors of city life, fabrics included cashmere, alpaca, mohair, merino and tweed in a tonal palette of camel, navy, grey heather, gotham and black. A diffused light print seen in suiting and outerwear added a graphic vibrancy to the collection. Looks were paired with detachable hoodies designed in luxurious alligator, felted wool and quilted nylon, as well as classic lace ups and loafers modernized with a slim, polished aesthetic or a more rugged, textural look.
