Last Night I was invited to attend the launch party of the new Men's Lab at Harrods. I was fortunate to be dressed by two of my favourite Heritage brands Crombie and John Smedley.... I wore the grey Retro From Crombie which fitted like a glove and felt like silk to touch. I teamed it up with a John Smedley black jumper and black trousers and finished off the look with a black pashmina and pointed Dolce and Gabbana shoes.
The Retro has become a Crombie classic. This herringbone Retro with tonal lining - as opposed to the signature red of the standard Retro - is made from a pure wool cloth of stunning quality, much lighter than traditional dense Melton. It gives this coat a wonderful fluid movement and year-round wearability.
