ANDRÉS VELENCOSO as the new face of H.E. BY MANGO

The model and actor takes over from the footballer Gerard Piqué and becomes the new face of the firm’s menswear collection


This morning MANGO presented the international model Andrés Velencoso as the new face of the H.E. by MANGO brand. The model is taking over from his predecessor Gerard Piqué and will be the new ambassador of the brand for the Spring/Summer 2013 season.

Since featuring in the Louis Vuitton advertising campaign alongside Jennifer López in 2003, the Spanish top model, who will soon make his film debut in the film Fin, has not stopped working, posing for the most acclaimed fashion photographers all over the world.

Success and professionalism were the basic qualities which led to Andrés becoming the ambassador for the brand, the perfect embodiment of the type of man H.E. by MANGO wishes to dress: a young man, with a carefree personality and his own style, the Director of Public Relations, Ninona Vila, commented.

The photo shoot of the new campaign, which took place in Barcelona in mid-November, was directed by the photographer Mariano Vivanco. The styling was done by the MANGO team, while Sonia Peña was responsible for make-up and hair styling.
