Today's shoes are from Christian Louboutin and are called Charleen ... these are are great starter pair and are an investment... Standard Mary Jane's are not seen alot in The CL collections, so these go under my Future Vintage category ... If the right Mary Jane's are purchased they become investment pieces and a myth ... these do that and have to be the most universal pair of shoes ever... they are from the SS 14 collection so you have time to get them but I'm banking these wont be hanging around

 Today's shoes are  from AW 13/14 Burberry Prorsum  and come in the form of these studded leather calf hair ankle boots .... for AW 13/14 Burberry are so on the money! we saw these in a piercing blue for SS 13 and we have the rock chick version which will go with absolutely any look for fall

my only advise is if you want them get them now this winters collections from Burberry have been selling out as soon as it hits the shelves .. for example the cotton heart shirt

The single sole and pointed toe makes these timeless and they become one of my Future vintage pieces ...

Can't bet it ... some of the best around, especially in this day and age when there is so much choice .... take it from me  Mr Bailey knows what he is doing... these pieces go under my latest project which you may have noticed  FUTURE VINTAGE ... clothing that will be hot in like 20 years time as long as you can fit in them if not be like the aristocracy .... pass them on ....

LOVING THESE FROM GIUSEPPE ZANOTTI ...

Totally in love with the black suede ankle boots from Giuseppe Zanotti ... why? they are black ... they are suede ... the height .. their versatility ... on trend but classic ... they fall into my future vintage recommendation ... be careful with these and dont scuff the suede these will be worth something one day ... believe me! wear these .... basically .... whenever ... no season tag on them .....

Today's shoes are from Grensons and are the Silas suede desert boot .... these are season less ... ie you look after then they can be worn year after year ... they are the kind of boots the man of means goes for ... great with denim, cords or casual tailoring these are a must have that have gone on my lust list and more importantly my future vintage list as these are timeless.... these are my next pair of shoes I want to be wearing....

FUTURE VINTAGE: SASS AND BIDE

Recently I was invited to the fabulous Bicester Village by the British Fashion Council, Starworks Group and Bicester Village to talk future vintage.  It was a sort of exhibition that we could buy garments from the likes of Henry Holland, Holly Fulton and a host of other designers from a collection that was curated by the ultimate fashionista Yasmin Sewell.  So now Ive been keeping my eye out for pieces I think that can fall into the category ... here's my first from Sass and Bide...

Firstly this outfit I have chosen has no age demographic .. I can see some skinny New York seventy something socialite wearing this and I can also see a young bright fashionista, actress or socialite in it also ...


check it out and let me know your thoughts..... Palazzo pants never go out even when the front row fashionistas like myself #Screeeaaammm have moved on to the next best thing and the body ie top for those who don't know that 80s terminology is timeless....
