Last night I attended the Gant Rugger party in London which showcased the new SS 12 collection.  I learnt something new last night and that was that Gant Rugger is a lifestyle and it screams this all of the shop space.  The store located at 179 Regent Street, London hosts a bar for all customer and a relaxed atmosphere that would make a spiritual healer jealous.

GANT RUGGER SPRING SUMMER 2012....

Drawing inspiration from an eclectic mix of ’60s pop groups and the Japanese take on American Sportswear, GANT Rugger introduces a new vibe of Ivy League style.  

A little more polished yet unmistakably cool the Nouveau Prep collection offers the creative preppy look at its absolute finest.  

Designer Christopher Bastin has found inspiration in the ’60s rock band ‘The Gants’ which is reflected in a wide selection of tailored blazers with both notched and wide peak lapels. Complementing the tailored look, the collection includes shantung ties and dandy scarves, perfect for slipping under an Oxford shirt. For a classic mod look, combine the sartorial pieces with a classic parka or military-inspired jacket. 

This season GANT Rugger is also launching a limited batch of leather slip cases; made of fine organic leather.
