They are called Esam and are from Jimmy Choo's AW 11 collection.... built in platform shoe made from the good grade suede... simplicity at its best!  until you turn round and then you have the statement heel encrusted with crystals.... #LUSH!  they come in nude and black but for me the winner is the black pair... some may say safe but I believe more of a statement....
