Chanel presented the SS 15 womenswear collection in Paris earlier today or if your reading the newsletter yesterday ... two good things 1) Karl included menswear and 2) Baptiste is back ... dont get me no one does it like Baptise 

now here's the negative there was only one outfit ....

Normally he produces three outfits for men in the collection and today we only saw two.. and what a two they are! its all about leather on the trouser front and chunky knits galore to produce a great slouchy look for men but the Chanel way..loving these oversize cardigan and navy zip neck jumper which is pictured FYI the shoes are to die for... as yet you can still only buy menswear at the flagship store in Paris .... it's a bit out of my price range i know what they are priced at ... but hey we can all dream...

Karl at is best! last time I saw a collection this good was SS 11 ....


BTW Baptiste is still looking good! I want everything in these pictures and I mean literally everything! #justsayin  I want to say more but Baptiste follows me on Twitter.....

Now you might all recognise Baptiste... he's basically the face of Chanel Menswear and some related products... he's also Karl Lagerfeld's favourite male muse which has led to him landing the campaign for Karl Lagerfeld's AW 12/ 13 collection and he's also been rumoured to be seeing none other than Katy Perry and finally and must importantly ... he's my current man crush... there's more than meets the eye with Baptiste he's actually a great singer and has released songs which are available on iTunes.... check out these snaps below and you will see why I'm going Ga Ga for Baptiste and why you will!!!

Here it is my first AW 12 ad campaign for this coming winter.... and its only April! but what better way to start than with Karl Lagerfeld.... he teams up with everyone's favourite Brit girl Edie Campbell and his favourite male Model and my current man crush Baptiste Giabiconi..... you may notice there is menswear well its an exclusive for AW 12 KL has added menswear .... stay tuned for more on that and the looks for both men and women...

SS 12 IS NEARLY HERE KEEP AN EYE OUT FOR THE MURBAN!!

Ok Karl Lagerfeld put it out there in the Chanel show and if you were following the blog last summer I promised I would remind you to look out for the MURBAN (man turban).   Baptiste-Giabiconi got paid to wear it! would he wear it in his own time?  personally I think this trend should be left on the runway not unless your working in an upmarket take-away..

As you know fashion takes on many forms and affects people in many ways, so im banking Im going to see at least one guy wearing this trend and when I do I getting a picture by hook or by crook so I can show it to you...... that works both ways you see this trend and I want a picture....
