The distinctive ellesse logo – made up of half a tennis ball and ski tips as a reference to the origins of the brand – is firmly back in vogue. Founded over 50 years ago in Perugia, Italy –the brand is once again making an impact on and off the courts.
Drawing on the sporting heritage for inspiration, the brand has earned its place in both sports fashion and urban circles, having been worn by the likes of Muhammed Ali, Will Smith and Alain Prost.
The AW15 collection combines the timeless with the modern and echoes the sentiment of the founder, who believed the brand offering was unique and exclusive.
The collection consists of strong shapes and considered detailing, emanating the brand’s roots in ski. The quilted jacket and fitted turtle neck jumper compliment the staple classic polo shirts and tees.
AW15 injects new colour ways and patterns to traditional shapes, allowing for a consistent yet creative take on sports inspired fashion.
