Aquascutum Debuts Spring Summer '14 Campaign

A Modern Romance with Aquascutum SS14

Inspired by understated British elegance that never goes out of fashion, Aquascutum reveals the style elements of their 162 year history with an offering of iconic pieces that focus on future trends.

Menswear for the Modern Gentleman

The SS14 collection balances the tailoring and luxe fabrics of outerwear, evening and casual wear to elevate the silhouette of the modern gentleman. Representing the rebirth of Aquascutum’s British values, the direction of the menswear looks encompass strength of craftsmanship that will expand the reach of his wardrobe; embracing blacks, browns and rust-reds for the season.

Expansive Womenswear

Glamour and modernity collide in a fusion of sophisticated looks for Aquascutum womenswear SS14. Accentuating the feminine mood of the season by contrasting strong, clean lines with a sorbet colour palette; Aquascutum ties feminism to dressing the professional woman in luxurious fabrics. The collection is a celebration of the evolution of womenswear, with a nod to charismatic sensuality.

Behind the Scenes of Aquascutum’s Spring Summer Campaign 2014

Working with brand communications agency Crave, Aquascutum reappointed Swedish photographer Andreas Sjodin, to capture the distinctive feel of the SS14 collection. Sjodin’s work reflects both the structured and elemental beauty of the garments, which were brought to life by Austrian/German supermodel Werner Schreyer for the second season running, and British-born model Helena Greyhorse.
