Although Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are currently on opposite sides of the world as Kim continues her Middle East tour, In Touch Weekly reports this Friday, Nov. 30, that the reality star is set to sue Kris Humphries in the settlement of their divorce if he does not agree to her ultimatum.
Kim Kardashian and ex-husband Kris Humphries’ brief marriage continues to this day in a still-messy divorce settlement, as the talented “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star is still legally married to Humphries. Now ready to move on in her relationship with boyfriend Kanye West and her life, Kim K. is said to have given Kris and his divorce lawyers an official ultimatum this week.

“Settle now or [Kim] will sue,” said the source to In Touch Weekly on Thursday. Kim Kardashian is allegedly asking her own divorce lawyer, Laura Wasser, to approach Kris Humphries’ team with this threat of suing.
“This could cost Kris millions,” added the source.
Kris Humphries is reported to be working to annul his marriage to the Kardashian beauty, on the grounds that he was “pulled” into the marriage and now should receive a large sum of money that remains outside the lines of the former couple’s prenuptial contract, including Kim Kardashian’s engagement ring.
"Kim K. in turn is planning a counterattack for offense of character,” the insider closed. “You can’t put a price tag on all that [Kris Humphries] has cost her in this ongoing divorce.”
