AW 14/15 TREND? THE COD PIECE ....

Think Larry Blackman, Cameo and the song Word Up ... this past weekend in Milan Versace presented their lates AW 14/15 collection in MIlan .. key pieces included chaps and the COD piece ... now I remember when they were in fashion the first time but every since seeing the show which although I was in Milan I didn't attend as I was Ill in my hotel room all week ... back to the point ever since I saw the collection it gets me thinking can this trend take off again in this day and age and outside of a S&M gay club? well Donatella and her creative team seem to think so ... this is one trend like the Murban (male turban) a few seasons ago I will be keeping my eye on and if I spot anyone on a sunday afternoon walking their dog wearing the trend I will be sure to photograph it and let you know ...

What do you think?

in good spirit here's word up by Cameo

WAITING AND ANTICIPATING SEEING THE MURBAN

One trend I am so looking forward to seeing is the Murban! the male turban as shown by Karl Lagerfeld in his last resort show for Chanel.  Ok I can see a man in a turban (for religion) every other day whilst walking down the streets of London, but I want to see it as a trend and see who dare goes there...  Do you think it will catch on? this one is a hard one but personally no.... but great thinking from Mr Lagerfeld for the new trend now all we have to do is sit tight and wait and see if it this is one trend that will kick off or stay on the touchline..... if i get a pic of a dare-nista I will post so stay tuned....
