As with previous seasons, the brand has released the attached Manifesto to describe the presentation, a list of "the rules of the Room," such as "3. There will be one (1) resident of the Room: "The Musician", also known as Devendra Banhart, a professional musical artist mildly coerced into participating in The Event."
>>For the recent Fall/Winter 2013 presentation, the brand staged a Scavenger Hunt between two male models around Manhattan to present a collection inspired by Maps and the childhood fantasy of building a city from scratch, all broadcast on a live feed throughout the day. The Spring/Summer 2013 season was presented as "The Longest Show Ever", and the brand stuck to that promise by relegating a lone male model to a small gallery window in the Marais neighborhood of Paris for 36 hours while he methodically changed into a each look from the collection, one inspired by the idea of protest and iconic images of 1960s counterculture sit-ins.
