designed by Gucci Creative Director Frida Giannini. The Bianchi by Gucci is available in two models, both with Gucci’s signature green-red-green web stripe. The white hydro-formed steel single-speed bike (pictured here) is ideal for city cycling and has a frame featuring customised leather grips and saddle with Gucci detailing. The matte black carbon-fibre model is an urban/off-road bike with carbon fork and disc brakes, and is fit for riding both in the city and in the countryside. Giannini has also designed a series of accessories to complement the bicycles, including a helmet, gloves and a water bottle.
Giannini said, “Ever since Gucci’s founding, travelling in style has been at the heart of the House’s designs. The Bianchi by Gucci bicycles perfectly carry forward our codes of luxury while creating a new cosmopolitan aesthetic for those looking to turn heads while on the go.”
The Bianchi by Gucci is available at select Gucci boutiques worldwide: Rome, Milan, Paris, London, New York, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Honolulu, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Seoul and Singapore. The Bianchi by Gucci models will also be showcased in Stockholm at the Bianchi Cafè&Cycles - a new Bianchi concept store which combines Italian food and wine with Bianchi’s bicycles and accessories.
