LOVE magazine editor-in-chief and stylist Katie Grand was invited by Andrea Della Valle to work with Hogan on a SS13 special collection. The capsule they have produced together, called Gang, comprises three styles of trainers (a high-top, a low and a wedge), a ballerina, leather purses in two sizes and oval sunglasses. The colours featured in the collection include: white, black, pink, yellow, green and blue – often in contrasting combinations. Leather hearts are also included as a visual reference to LOVE, Grand’s biannual magazine. Accompanying the collection is a magazine, a one-off publication featuring a shoot with 14 of the stylist’s favourite models – along with an interview with Grand by Derek Blasberg. The collection will be available at Hogan Boutiques and selected windows worldwide from January 2013.
