JUDE LAW, GIANCARLO GIANNINI, JAKE SCOTT & SIENNA GUILLORY ATTENDED THE JOHNNIE WALKER BLUE LABEL EVENING DRINKS RECEPTION TO CELEBRATE ‘THE GENTLEMANS WAGER’ ‘THE STORY OF A MAN ON A QUEST FOR A RARE EXPERIENCE’ SHORT FILM DURING VENICE FILM FESTIVAL

Wednesday 27 August: This evening, film stars and industry leaders attended an exclusive drinks reception at the Westin Europa & Regina in Venice, overlooking the Grand Canal, where they celebrated the new JOHNNIE WALKER BLUE LABEL short film The Gentleman’s Wager starring Oscar nominee Jude Law. 

Jude arrived alongside his co-star Giancarlo Giannini and Director Jake Scott to the drinks reception where he toasted the short film with the Gentleman’s Wager cocktail, created by previous Diageo Reserve World Class winner Erik Lorincz. 

Attending the evening event alongside the film talent were Sienna Guillory and Pierre Sarkozy who sipped JOHNNIE WALKER BLUE LABEL whisky served both neat and in luxurious cocktails.

JOHNNIE WALKER BLUE LABEL, the leading luxury Blended Scotch Whisky released short film, The Gentleman’s Wager in July - starring actor Jude Law.  Shot in the British Virgin Islands, directed by Jake Scott and also starring Italian actor Giancarlo Giannini, it tells the story of Law in the role of a man who, despite having it all, uses a wager as an excuse to challenge himself and strive for something he wants, but can’t buy.
