“CORTOS” THRIVE WITH THE NEW SS 15
The revival of the iconic original polo shirt debuts at Pitti.
After their debut at the last edition of Pitti, "Cortos", the boots made by La Martina, are ensuring their path to success.
As a sign of continuity, but at the same time of innovation, we have further “shortened or better Cortened” our polo boots. The new collection features the same boots for men and women, "Cortos mid" and "Cortos low", a logical evolution of the "Cortos". The flavor is that of a mono product in a contemporary key: cloths, canvases, “flavored” leathers and suedes in pastel and soft colors in reference to the summer.
The whole range features common elements such as the central zipper, the lateral elastic band, the particular washes for an “aged” effect and the warm colors of the turf linked to world of traditions of the polo game and La Martina. Not to be missed: the canvas mixed to linen version.
The collection is enriched by a unisex version that features a completely new design, but nevertheless maintains all the characteristic techniques pertaining to the cutting of the upper. This particular version of “CORTOS” employs an entirely new leather, becoming lighter in the sole and in the shape: a special box sole that has been designed ad hoc confers a pleasurably summery look to the product, which is reedited in a “Cortos” with a further lowered upper that in fact turns it into a low sneaker.
The style remains La Martina, a glamorous and elitist sportswear represented by a world of accessories in which “Cortos” stands out with character and originality.
The boots, with their own style and true spirit, confirm their versatility by being suitable for life at the country club just as for right after a game of polo.
