Stella Jean's creations will be exhibited at Victoria and Albert Museum in London




Stella Jean reinforces her international role as representative of the Italian creativity’s new wave showcasing one of the looks from her Menswear Spring Summer Collection 2014 at the prestigious exhibition “The Glamour of Italian Fashion 1945 – 2014”at the Victoria and Albert Museum. The exhibition will be open to the public from 5 April to 27 July, offering a comprehensive look at Italian Fashion from the end of the Second World War to the present day. The story will be explored through the key individuals and organizations that have contributed to Italy's reputation for quality and style offering a global panoramic reflection of Italian fashion beginning from the end of WWII to this day. The historical evolution will be explored through key personalities and organizations that have contributed to the world-renowned Italian quality and style.

 

Stella Jean, enthusiastic and very honored about having been selected by the prestigious V&A to be amongst the greatest names of Italian Fashion, will show one ensemble from her first Spring/ Summer 2014 men's collection. The selected look includes an elegant trench coat realized in hand woven fabric made by women artisans of Burkina Faso in collaboration with the UN Ethical Fashion project with ITC (International Trade Center).
