Mr.Benn's Adventures with Turnbull & Asser

For Spring Summer 2014 Turnbull & Asser has gone on an adventure with Mr Benn, to create a series of limited edition pocket squares.

Four original artworks have been created for Turnbull & Asser exclusively by Mr Benn’s creator David McKee and are inspired by the first episode from 1971 entitled ‘Mr Benn Red Knight’.

The artwork created takes Mr Benn on an adventure with Turnbull & Asser from a London backdrop to the Jermyn Street store and its changing room and through to the magic world of the Red Knight.

“Working with David McKee was a real pleasure and has fulfilled a childhood dream.  David and I spoke about my love of Mr Benn and how the Red Knight story has always stuck in mind, which was also a favourite of his and is the basis of this collaboration” said Dean Gomilsek-Cole, Turnbull & Asser’s, Head of Design & Product Development.

Each of the four pocket squares is made in England at Turnbull & Asser of woven pure silk with a hand rolled hem, with a limited run of 50 pieces per design.

The pocket squares are individually priced at £65 available exclusively at Turnbull & Asser stores worldwide and at www.turnbullandasser.com
