Vanessa G presents the ‘Enchanted Garden’ collection - three separate prints that have taken inspiration from flora and fauna - Flower Fields, Enchanted Garden and Enchanted Forest - to create a unique collection of beautifully tailored clothing.
Vanessa G collections are synonymous for the incorporation of flora into highly creative prints, with the signature of the rose - symbolic of Vanessa’s childhood. Prints from the Enchanted Garden collection also take inspiration from sculpture and topiary.
Reminiscent of the image, craftsmanship and structure of topiary, Vanessa G garments celebrate art and life, with strikingly detailed and flamboyant constructions of foliage. The Vanessa G collection juxtaposes intricate mazes and figures with the visual aesthetic of fantasy worlds and enchanted gardens.
This season’s silhouette celebrates the classic woman. Incorporating a blend of styles, the Enchanted Garden collection seamlessly merges the ultimate glamour of the Fifties, with the diversity of the Sixties and the strong attitude of the Seventies.
The ‘Enchanted Garden’ collection consists of three unique prints:
Flower Fields:Inspired by the beauty of flowers this line incorporates beautifully tailored collar suit jackets as well as skirts which have a silhouette reminiscent of the swinging sixties. Details in the collection include cap sleeves and retro necklines.
Enchanted Garden: The fantastical images of enchanted gardens explore the everyday journey through life printed against Vanessa’s signature piece, the classic trench coat. Again we see a modern twist to include leather detailing and a palette which contrasts perfectly with flattering black and sheer fabrics.
Enchanted Forest: Enchanted Forest depicts floral trees, symbolic of journeys past. The clever tailoring of this line draws the eye upwards the neckline and their flattering silhouettes. We see a collarless skirt suit set against a more relaxed baby-doll dress and a chic all-white collared blouse and skirt combination.
