YMC VS MC GINN EYEWEAR COLLECTION LAUNCH

This week I was fortunate to be invited along to the press launch of YMC X McGinn the eyewear collaboration and for me a lover of the YMC brand it was a no brained I had to go and check out that they had coming next.

These are some serious eyewear and all designed in London and made using acetate collected from the 70s, 80s and 90s and only available in limited quantities.  Designed with YMC's own aesthetic there is a vintage and preppy feel to the glasses and with the added bonus they are not seasonal and made to last. The styles are generated from the designers bespoke practice and moves away from oversized retro frames and towards a neater more considered look popular in in Italy.

Whilst there  I tried n a few pairs and fell in love especially with the prints on the frames and with the price point which is a mere £195 is collaboration is a win win all round.

The collection has started to drop in store and can be viewed and of course purchased at Mc Ginn' 29 Floral Street, London, WC1 .... Just head to Covent Garden.
