Maison Martin Margiela partners with Cutler and Gross

Collaborating for the second time, Maison Martin Margiela and Cutler and Gross have created a new collection of sunglasses. The range consists of four themes: Replica France is a rounded design with tapered sides made in acetate and based on a French design of the 1970's; Cable Temple features an acetate frame front with arms made from German metal which end in a semi-circle of stainless steel; Rimless (pictured above) has very slim arms and is made from stainless steel, where the lenses are not surrounded by a frame; Replica Turkey has enlarged titanium frames, based on a Turkish Army model of the 1980's. Available from November in Maison Martin Margiela boutiques and in a selection of fashion and eyewear sales outlets, the collection is priced from £310 to £385.
