Findings revealed by Credit Suisse and online analytics firm NetBase has unveiled Ralph Lauren as the hottest handbag brand of the moment.
The news comes after analysis of over 200 million English speaking blogs/chat rooms and other media outlets over 27 months.
The research not only looked at brand mentions but also the intensity of conversation among online users in addition to factoring in negative mentions.
Brands fairing less well from the findings include Kate Spade, Hermes and Coach.
