As part of its European journey, the impressive yacht recently hosted a series of glamorous Johnnie Walker® events in Cannes which were visited by VIP guests including Uma Thurman, Nicole Kidman, Colin Firth and Leonardo Dicaprio.
John Walker & Sons Voyager is part way through an epic global journey that re-imagines the epic ocean voyages that took Johnnie Walker from the four corners of Scotland to the four corners of the world. The luxury yacht docked in London on Monday 15th July to host a series of high-profile events and experiences that celebrate stories of progress and innovation, and national influencers who embody the pioneering spirit and vision of the Walker family.
Moored by the Thames, guests admired some of London’s most iconic landmarks, including Tower Bridge and The Gherkin, whilst enjoying the beautiful sunshine alongside bespoke Johnnie Walker® Gold Label Reserve™ cocktails, canapés and a live DJ set from singer-songwriter Paloma Faith, which saw guests dancing into the night.
Arriving in an eye-catching red and white ensemble, Paloma brought close friends including The Noisettes singer Shingai Shoniwa, who chatted to guests and danced enthusiastically next to the DJ booth. Radio 1 DJ, Greg James, arrived fresh from the BBC studios, catching up with model Max Rogers and Pussycat Doll Kimberly Wyatt, who chose to wear a beautiful bright-blue dress.
